Product Information
LuCoo products are constructed with pride using high standards in materials and manufacturing. We support fair trade and local manufacturing. All of our t-shirts come from a sweatshop free company, and are made with very soft fine interlock cotton. Our appliqués are constructed locally in Seattle, WA using cotton knit fabric and printed cotton quilting fabrics. All appliqués are stitched on with fine detail work, resulting in a garment that looks great and will last a long time.
Care Instructions
All LuCoo garments can be machine washed – cold water is recommended for best results. Garments can be tumble dried on low or line dried. If your appliqué ever looks wrinkled, cover it with a press cloth or pillow case then iron.
LuCoo pillows and plush characters are surface washable.
Sizing
LuCoo products run fairly generous in size. Below is a chart of the approximate sizing. If you have questions about what size to order, feel free to email us and we will be happy to help.

Secure Ordering
Orders are processed using PayPal. With PayPal, you can choose to pay for your purchases with a credit or debit card, bank account, PayPal Buyer Credit or your PayPal account balance. Your financial information stays safe with PayPal. Your credit card and bank account numbers are never shared with LuCoo, and you’re 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

Shipping charges will automatically be added to your order during checkout. Most orders ship within 1 business day from Seattle, WA. Shipping times depend on your location. Approximate shipping times range from 2 – 7 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 days for priority shipping.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged at 9.5% only when shipped to an address in Washington state.
Returns
If you’re not happy with your LuCoo purchase for any reason, you can return unused items, in their original condition to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges. If any item arrives damaged, is defective, or there has been an error in your order, we will be happy to replace the item and ship it back to you at no cost. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact info@lucookids.com before shipping anything back. Please note, if your LuCoo merchandise was purchased from a retailer or online store other than LuCookids.com, you must return the merchandise directly to them.

LuCoo uses it’s mailing list to let customers know about new products, sales, and special events. We will only send emails periodically and your email address will never be shared with other businesses.
